Gelatina com leite condensado: uma sobremesa cremosa e deliciosa

Creamy condensed milk gelatin dessert garnished and ready to serve

This version is the ultimate comfort dessert — a creamy, dreamy gelatin made with condensed milk that melts in your mouth. It's rich without being heavy, and the smooth texture is absolutely irresistible. Serve it chilled in individual cups or a decorative mold, and watch it disappear in minutes. Whether you're a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned home cook, this recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

1 packet (about 1 oz / 25 g) unflavored gelatin powder
1 cup (240 ml) hot water
1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (240 ml) cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Fresh fruit or chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
Heat the remaining 1/2 cup of water until hot (not boiling), then pour it over the bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.
In a blender, combine the dissolved gelatin mixture, sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, and vanilla extract. Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and fully combined.
Pour the mixture into a lightly greased mold or individual serving cups.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set and firm to the touch.
To unmold, briefly dip the mold in warm water, then invert onto a serving plate. Garnish with fresh fruit or chocolate shavings if desired, and enjoy!

Two-layer creamy gelatin dessert showing a white creamy layer over a colorful fruit gelatin base

If you love a dessert with a little visual flair, this two-layer creamy gelatin is your new best friend. The bottom layer is a vibrant fruit gelatin, topped with a luscious creamy condensed milk layer that contrasts beautifully in both color and texture. It's surprisingly easy to assemble and always earns compliments — plus, everyone will be asking for the recipe!

1 packet (about 1 oz / 25 g) flavored gelatin (strawberry, grape, or your favorite flavor)
1 cup (240 ml) hot water
1 cup (240 ml) cold water
1 packet (about 1 oz / 25 g) unflavored gelatin powder
1/2 cup (120 ml) hot water (for the creamy layer)
1 can (14 oz / 397 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup (240 ml) cold milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Prepare the bottom layer: dissolve the flavored gelatin in 1 cup of hot water, then stir in 1 cup of cold water. Pour into a mold or glass dish and refrigerate for about 2 hours, until firm.
For the creamy layer, bloom the unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of cold water for 5 minutes, then dissolve it in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Blend the dissolved unflavored gelatin with the sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Carefully pour the creamy mixture over the firm fruit gelatin layer, using the back of a spoon to gentle the flow and avoid mixing the layers.
Return to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the creamy layer is completely set.
Unmold or slice into squares, and serve chilled. Enjoy every creamy, fruity bite!

Both versions of this gelatin dessert are wonderfully forgiving, so feel free to experiment with different flavors, add fruit chunks, or top with whipped cream for an extra indulgent touch. Happy dessert making!
