Parokya ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda expressed how much he misses his family after going on several gigs with his band. The celebrity father took to Instagram to share how he can both be grateful for the job he has and at the same, remarked how it makes him miss his family.
Chito is currently going on several gigs across the country with his fellow band members. Because of this, he is unable to spend time with his family with whom he is very close.

“Namimiss ko pamilya ko.😔 Sobrang thankful ako na tuluy-tuloy ang gigs ng Parokya…pero namimiss ko talaga sila,” he wrote.
The OPM singer added how in between the gigs he would have some time off but couldn’t fully bond with his wife and children as he needed to rest for the upcoming shows. For him, he felt like the time with his family wasn’t maximized.
“I had a couple of days off pero kelangan ko bumawi ng tulog at medyo naging busy pa ko with errands…kaya feeling ko di ko nasulit yung time ko with them,” he said.
“Tapos medyo masungit pa ko kasi nga ang dami kong kelangang ayusin at tapusin,” he added.
With Chito leaving his family again for some gigs with Parokya ni Edgar, he admitted how “guilty” he feels but is excited to come home once all of their shows are over.
“Ngayon, paalis na naman ako, and I feel guilty… Anyway, excited na ko umuwi. Sa ngayon, kelangan ko muna mag-rakenrol,” he said.

The photo that Chito shared with his followers on his post was from a previous tour that he did abroad. He brought his wife and children to the tour as he maintained that he doesn’t want to do tours without them by his side.
“Ginamit ko ‘tong lumang pic na ‘to kasi kumpleto kami (including Ninang), tapos kasama ko sila sa tour nyan (kasi nga ayoko mag-tour na wala sila kasi nga namimiss ko sila), and higit sa lahat, ang ganda ng kuha namin dito,” he ended.
Chito has been married to actress and businesswoman Neri Naig for over a decade already. The two belatedly celebrated their 10th anniversary earlier this year after all the legal issues of Neri were resolved.
